Procal has a well equipped Valve Test, Repair and Calibration Facility to carry out Refurbishment on Valves sizes ranging from ¼” to 24”, using self-clamping test rig, test manifolds up to a pressure range of 1000 bar.

We undertake Inspection, Overhaul, Refurbishment, Calibration, Pressure testing for various manufacturers for all types of Control Valves, Butterfly Valves, Globe Valves, Gate Valves, Non-Return Valves, Pressure Safety Valves Pressure Relief Valves and Manual Valves conforming to the requirements of BS EN ISO 4126-1:2013, API-598 and API 576 and LARC standards being Authorized Repair Center in UAE for LESER Germany.

We also undertake Valve Refurbishment Jobs and provide On-site Technical expertise in Valve Repairing, Calibration and Maintenance, pressure testing and certification with a Mobile Container Facility – Easy to Transport for Remote Areas and Oil Fields.
