    The appeal of PROCAL flow measurement systems lies within the accurate, reliable and long term stable measurement results. Nevertheless, a periodic recalibration or check of the systems in use is not only in terms of an employed total quality management of significant importance.

    PROCAL along FLEXIM offers you regular recalibration of your systems according to your schedule or in accordance with our recommendations. Permanently installed measurement systems can be de- and re-commissioned by our service technicians on request.We also provide the industries only “no downtime” calibration service. You receive the NIST calibrated equipment for loan or exchange, before removing your installed equipment.

    On-Site Measurement Services


    Letting Procal experienced service technicians carry out measurement tasks at your site, can save your considerable resources that can be used more efficiently on other duties.

    We offer freely scalable measurement services ranging from the check metering of a single measurement point up to a complete measurement audit of a big facility with a multitude or measurement points.

    Our measurement services are arranged according to your individual needs:

    • From the flow measurement of liquids and gaseous volume and mass flows over a wide media, temperature and pressure range,
    • over thermal energy surveys of heat and cold quantities or also the consumption measurement or leak detection of compressed air within your site,
    • up to flow measurements at high temperature pipes (up to 750 °F and more in hazardous areas - FM certified)

    We are providing you with a detailed measurement report with traceable results (NIST traceable).

    Check and Maintenance of the systems in use


    Our measurement systems are virtually free of wear and tear – wrong measurement data or even failures of the system are thus rare occasions.The reasons for it are, that the transducers are never getting in contact the medium inside the pipe, that permanent coupling pads are used, making regressing unnecessary, and very robust stainless steel mounting fixtures are protecting against any mechanical stress.

    Nevertheless, we are pleased to offer you a periodic check and maintenance service for our measurement devices in accordance to your needs.Our experienced service technicians are thoroughly reviewing the system in use, read out the diagnosis data and compare the measurement results with a reference system.Such checks can of course be bundled with a recalibration service at our in-house flow rig.
